I've spent no less than 120 minutes on the phone with @comcastcares today, and five hours waiting for a call back.

@comcastcares what happened: my account was shutdown due to an outstanding balance from a past account in another state. -
when I paid the balance, I could not simply reactivate the account, but had to create a whole new account.
