I don't. It's a nice sentiment, but the problem is this; The right don't want to listen.

Over the years I've seen many incredibly articulate explanations of racism, of prejudice and bigotry, fallen on deaf ears.

"We need to get better at explaining..." won't help when people don't and most certainly won't listen.

Getting better at explaining won't help people who are steadfastly convinced that racism isn't a problem, and anyone who...

...brings up racism is apparently the real racist, being divisive, etc. You can't explain to that mindset.
