The use of "cuck" as a pejorative isn't exclusive to the alt-right, but they do use it more than most, it seems.
"cuck" being a race traitor who allows non-white men to besmirch the purity of his white women

The meaning of the pejorative seems to be broader than that, depending on who's saying it. Like any pejorative, really.

In the broadest sense, it's mostly used to smear people to the left of whoever's utilising it.
