The use of "cuck" as a pejorative isn't exclusive to the alt-right, but they do use it more than most, it seems.
my understanding is that this use of the term originates with white supremacists.

I'm not entirely sure where it originates. I just know it's not exclusive to the Alt-right. Conservatives use it a lot, too.
