Is pop/Buzzfeed/diet feminism ruining feminism? Because it seems like 90% of what goes on under the "feminism" heading is just nonsense.

it's not a question of what a real feminist is. It's a question of real analysis and activism vs. marketing and frivolity.

Agree entirely. A shame then that feminism in the west is so focussed *on* the west.
