      On further reflection, I actually think Twitter was wrong to ban @Nero. But I also think they need to do more to protect users from abuse.

      I don't like the idea that someone's account can just be deleted because of outrage from the press.

      I think the press were on it more after the ban already happened. The users (including myself) were on Jack all night.
