On further reflection, I actually think Twitter was wrong to ban @Nero. But I also think they need to do more to protect users from abuse.

You're damn right about the fig leaf situation, but nah, I saw the fake tweets he posted. He was warned and kept it up.
I agree he violated the TOS. But they're rarely enforced. What's bothering me is the capriciousness of it.
