Not to throw unfounded accusations around, but god-dangit that seems super on-purpose :/ Miles is Miles everywhere on the Internet, so you p much need to purposefully research his deadname to pull this kind of junk :/

Best possibility I can imagine is perhaps the moderator thought Miles was just a screen name, and tried researching his "real" name to be more informed?
