what I said is "bisexual trans and nonbinary people"—who tend to be more chill about presentation/anatomy. This group of people, which includes me as well as bisexual NBs, is good to date all the time! Not a stepping stone for me, not better than cishets, just easier in general!
Well, it sounded a lot like an exhortation to use the nice safe queers for edifying practice until you can move on to the cis people you actually find hot, but I'm happy to admit my reading is coloured by my personal experiences.

Also by using the word “tends to” she’s keeping it from being easily gotcha’d, and adding to that, it’s implied that this is largely based on personal experience, which means you can 1, disagree and 2, not frame it as a moral callout
I'm an NB who dates trans women & i thought that line in the video was fine, especially in context.
