So the video is done. I uploaded this morning and it finished processing about an hour ago. But I used much higher export settings than usual, and YouTube is still only showing the video at 360p. What do—wait another hour?

since youtube insists on continuing to be a jealous hater I'm giving up on 4K for now, so you'll have to clock my makeup in 1080p (the video is filmed in 1080 so it doesn't matter much). New version just uploaded & will hopefully be up in the next hour. thx for waiting with me
