Part of me worries that he's happy and lying about it to con people but I really want him to be that miserable

i am confused. this guy is always mocking others who show weakness calling them snowflakes or being to sensitive. he built his persona on a so called toughness. and now he's complaining and wants empathy? he can 't ignore his "fans" will make him taste his own medecine rightr?
