1) Love your channel. Couple notes about the video: You said Marxism talks about workers "not [being] paid full value of her work". Marx didn't believe workers could be paid the full value of their work or that such a thing exists because it is an impossible thing to calculate
Marx thinks money is a stand-in for exchange vale, which is equivalent to labor. "As exchange-values, all commodities are merely definite quantities of congealed labour-time" I think "not being paid the full value of their work" is a reasonable way to sum that up.
