I like you because you are smart and funny. And I thought your thread yesterday was startlingly philosophically sophisticated, and gave a lot of insight into what transitioning is like to an uninvolved bystander (i.e. me).
I admire your research in videos, your surrealism, your humor, your rawness and your polish. Basically as long as you hit some of those notes in your work, I don't care what you're on about on Twitter. Twitter shouldn't be an accurate reflection of your fanbase, twitter is nuts

Honestly, despite the reactionary elements being present the thread also had a lot of insight, and it was worth reading, as your work generally is We all have conflicts, and parsing all that out in public can be rough, but it's also brave and valuable to others in the same spot
I think you're going through the same challenges a lot of us do - having to come to terms with the gap between what we as a community hold up as an ideal and the reality of being a dysphoric trans person living in the real world with other people.
