While cost is a concern and definitely an issue of making inaccessible for me... The bigger hang up is I just personally find idea of ANY surgery to be pretty scary, & right now it's hard even for me to get past it for even the surgeries I'd I want the most.

I hate that access to necessary medical care (studies show FFS does as much or more to improve the psychological health of trans women as GRS) has become a wedge in our community. Then again, that's how the bastards keep us down - keep us fighting each other instead of them.
