I'm furthermore aware that pizza is generally produced using meat and dairy products by an industry which, in addition to inflicting extreme harm on animals, is among the most dangerous and exploitative for its workers.

I am trying to educate myself as well as improving my own habits by switching to vegan options whenever possible. Several of you have now taken me to task for continuing to associate with friends and family who continue to espouse problematic views about pizza. I hereby condemn and disown these friends, along with any others who continue to associate with them.
