Hey @TeamYouTube,
I recently got this fraudulent claim on my video review on an animated movie. Although it falls under fair use, Paramount Pictures still claims my video, and despite my disputing it, they denied the dispute. Without me appealing it, can u help remove the claim?

I completely agree. And no, I don't.

I recomend getting one same thing as YouTube minus the draconian censorship, smaller viewership for now but it's growing fast. You can guess as to why.

A consultation with a lawyer isn't expensive. I'm not sure if that was a typo or what but I don't think the President has anything to do with this. PLUS they do enforce fair use, however, if the abuser wants to take it beyond their scope of authority, court....

What I find funny is that a company called YOUtube, which was originally made for any old joe to make videos from their bedroom...now requires legal action to stop fraudulent claims on hard working creators.

They can't do anything... Google doesn't run the planet. Nice plugging another social media service there, how much did they pay you? I'm joking of course but still, I think you just interjected to advertise a rival service.

I don't like censorship, it's that simple. YouTube censors it's creators and when YT feet was held to the fire they threw creators into it. Believe what you want but I have no love for bitchute either, if they turn as bad as YouTube down the road I'd be calling them out too.
