2. 2) Why were any of the 3 prior strikes dismissed in March of 2020, allowing McAllister to be sentenced to credit for time served?
3) What were the exact reasons given to the judge in March 2020 to justify the dismissal of the three prior strikes?

3. 4) McAllister used a gun in the 2015 robbery, why wasn't the gun enhancement added to the charges? Even w/o the strikes, that would have extended his sentence anywhere from 3 to 10 years, instead being released immediately.
