This is an unfair statement by @chesaboudin. The Solano Co. DA has demanded that @AGBecerra take over the case:

@chesaboudin 3rd degree murder in MN is the same as 2nd degree in CA, The former carries 25 years and the latter carries 15 to life.Show this thread
