    In all the years I’ve known David he was a tireless campaigner and supporter of the Party. On behalf of the the Conservative Party family I offer my sincere condolences to David’s family and friends. David has helped so many over the years. He will be sorely missed.

    We have just learned the very sad news that our dear friend and Bolton Council Leader, Cllr David Greenhalgh, has sadly passed away. He was greatly respected and had many friends both in the town hall and the wider Bolton community.
