        It's 21.5%, actually. Technical "full employment" has, as a rule of thumb, historically been placed at an unemployment rate of 5% to 6%, so you are chronically above it. You can't change the terms of employment to this level of falsitude. Also, watch the wages.pic.twitter.com/Rp1ILDEc2P
