But they weren't which is why the Private Sector couldn't wait to buy them for a song and use them as a cash machine. Ownership of key economic and national security assets and who owns them, is clearly not important to you...

I remember John Redwood saying how excited he would be to be a Postie, as they would get shares upon privatisation. What he omitted to mention, was employee shares couldn't be cashed in for 3 years, whilst those offered to banks could be traded immediately. Still propaganda...

And then there was Osbornes best man, who pocketed £7million overnight selling PO shares. I haven't seen any millionaire posties... But yeah employees shares you can't sell. They're grrrrrrrrrrreat!
