Almost all of my vids now get demonetized when I post them. After manual review, almost all of them get approved. Conveniently after the first day or so, when they see the most success, therefore costing me almost all of my ad revenue. Thanks, @TeamYouTube.
They should have to pay the agreed upon amount. They owe her whatever ad revenue the video generated because it was falsely flagged. The argument of it being a fair amount is a different discussion, but they should pay whats owed.

From what I gather it’s more of a policy rather than an agreement. YouTube is TBTFW, and they hold all the cards for those who don’t really want to work real jobs but earn a decent/respectable to ridiculously amazing income. But you have to be as friendly.

You lost this argument when you said youtube is for people who don’t want to work real jobs. Non traditional jobs are just as real as 9-5 salaried positions. Most people who make money on YouTube work incredibly hard for it. If it was so easy, everyone would do it.

If she bring this case to the court and she win against this false claim, Congratulation!. But hold on, there is one thing she has to do. She must pay any lawyer that help her to win the case and that must be expensive.
