It doesn’t matter if the baby has a heartbeat, fingers, toes, or pain receptors.
And Democrats are CHEERING their ability to terminate innocent lives.

The bill won't go anywhere in the senate. But hopefully the congressman is aware that no elected democrats in the house could receive their parties nominee without being for late term abortions which have less than 30% public support.
