1. De-dup happens using all 10 fingers and iris. There can ~7 errors for billion. Authentication always has bypass. No exclusion. Only FUD.

2. If there was full and mandatory regn at birth as in West, number UID would not be needed.

Public records, including birth / death, are the bedrock of most modern govts. By opposing these, you are trying to keep the country back!

not opposing public records. In fact we want the govt. not to keep them closed like the nakse portal or telangana FIR records with Aadhaar
