Thank you to for so beautifully capturing exactly how I feel about the , the , and the incredible betrayal and hypocrisy I (and millions of others) feel from the West...especially so-called feminists. Please help break the silence on Feb 1st

We‘re literally fighting for and standing in solidarity w *Muslim* women...so that makes us Muslim-haters? Because we support Muslim women? He’s not the brightest, is he? Does he think nonMuslim women are the ones posting their photos/ stories about being forced into hijab/niqab?

You gotta love “intersectionalism.” Because he married a Muslim woman & got funded by the Saudis, a white boy from North Carolina thinks he can tell women of color like , born into Muslim families, to “shut up.” That’s privilege!

Selten ist ein Hashtag so nach hinten losgegangen wie zum . Statt wie gewünscht die Verhüllung zu verherrlichen, melden sich unzählige Frauen und schreiben über ihre Unfreiheit.

Facts. I study muslimah narratives online. I’ve witnessed this happen repeatedly to women who remove the scarf. They are harassed until they delete their profiles. I hope does not. We need this voice too.

My mother threatened my life and disowned me when I removed my hijab. Ive had no contact w her for ~15 yrs. That’s how much it means to the ummah for a woman to wear a cloth on her head. If she chooses to take it off, she will be made to pay the price. How is anyone ?

  11. The Islamic community acts like a big, scary cult. When youre part of it, you are loved and protected-conditionally. If you misstep, you suffer the wrath. Ive described it as a school of fish; you all must move in unison. No individuality accepted This has to change

I’m guessing those same critics will also be parroting how Muslim women wear a hijab by choice. It’s not a choice if you’re vilified for choosing not to wear it

Yet she still goes around giving public speeches and talking about what she believes, despite numerous prominent Islamix clerics calling for her death. Meanwhile, American Muslim "progressives" who got made fun of one time when they were 11 are declared brave heroes.

  20. Absolutely. Whereas the coercion used to only come from home...now it comes from the greater western society as well-making it now indistinguishable from Islamic societies where girls are inundated w the clear message Hijab=good No hijab=bad Et tu, free world?
