I've been getting a lot of emails telling me I'm stupid for adding to the concrete shake line. Lots have sent me a Portland Mercury article saying there's no proof of concrete. Maybe so, but this is exactly how to do a kind of petulant terrorism. This makes Antifa terrorists.

The City of Portland, CC:
@tedwheeler@PortlandPolice, has an obligation to do something about the fact that Antifa has crossed clear lines out of agitation and harassment and into violence and terrorist tactics. They should be sued already. If this isn't stopped, they must be.Show this thread -
And yes, there were crowbars and other beatings. Thank you, Twitter, for your vigilance. It is ever the sandpaper of society.

I thought the rumor came from Posobiec. If anything, all the focus on milkshakes hurts the anti-ANTIFA side. While one group kvetches about milkshakes, ANTIFA beats the shit out of people and can say "ha ha, you lied about the milkshakes." Enough about the milkshakes already.
-
They saw the freakout over milkshakes in England, and now they're trolling. Focus on the beatings, not the beverages.

There's a reason they use silly string while they put journalists in the hospital There's a reason a bunch of bluechecks and other thought leaders are mocking people in the hospital for being attacked by silly string It's a similar reason to the "ok" white power sign

How would your analysis change if it wasn't antifa who told the police about the concrete?

Now they're warning they will use muriatic acid. The National Guard must be called in, as it's apparent police in Portland won't stop violent assaults.

Are they?

This argument seems to suggest that the rumour about cement came from antifa. I thought the rumour had come from right wing sources looking to exaggerate the severity of the assault?
-
The assault is serious enough on its own to condemn without mentioning the cement. Repeating the cement line without evidence just muddies the waters for the benefit of partisans on both sides.
