Well, under optimal circumstances, humans die of old age and as such are not fit to eat. Under sub-optimal circumstances where survival is at stake and dying young is likely, it damages the bonds of trust and teamwork to know that you might be more useful as calories.

Serious answer First, killing people just to eat them is obviously terrible However, real world cannibalism is usually war / ritual related In war the problem should obviously be the killing not the eating after, yet we treat one as A-OK and the other as the worst abomination
