  Very disappointing! @Number10press @10DowningStreet should be ashamed they have chickened out of imposing a levy on Plastic lined / plastic cups. Poor show indeed. I know who I’ll be voting for next election, just shows yet again can’t trust this government with environment

  Very poor initiative from central government. A much stronger hand is needed to solve a generational crisis. Could of been profound positive effects reaching across many spectrums of society; waste, litter, culture if a common sense approach had been implemented...
