it's been just milkshakes for a while. it works because it's non-violent and embarrassing. so there's no need for it to escalate, and you suggesting that it might is just you trying to whip up a moral panic.

Wow, you seriously think throwing a milkshake at someone is non-violent. Uhm sure if it were two friends playing around thats one thing, just like brothers "play fighting" is nonviolent BUT a aggressive UNWANTED ACT to cause harm, shame or negative intent is 100% violent.

Now of course we all understand there are LEVELS OF VIOLENCE but the victim does not have to be injured physically for violence to occur. Simply put ANYTHING beyond WORDS, in this case PHYSICAL unwanted aggressive ACTION upon another individual is some level of assault/violence.
