We've reached out to every county election dept in Nevada this morning.
5 counties say they are done counting the ballots they have. Those are:
-White Pine
-Lyon
-Lander
-Mineral
-Esmeralda
Pershing County currently has 6 uncounted ballots, waiting on signature cures.

Clark County's registrar of voters will hold a news conference at 11:30 am today to give an update on its ballot counting process. There are tens of thousands (possibly north of 100k) mail ballots that have yet to be counted. Hoping to get some more precise numbers then.

In Washoe County, only about 40k of the 79k mail ballots received as of Monday have been counted, and the county received about 18.5k mail ballots Tuesday.
So not including ballots that are still coming via mail, it appears there's at least 57k ballots left to count in Washoe.
(If my math is a bit off, blame these two for deciding 3 hours of sleep was plenty)

As for what we have left in the rurals:
Elko - About 1k mail ballots left to count
Douglas - Elx dept says they receive "thousands" of mail ballots yesterday.
Nye, Humboldt, Eureka and Churchill say they are still catching up, and expect to be done between Thurs and Sat.
