Good question! Channel page shows data about views for public videos, while YT Analytics includes data for videos of all privacy statuses— unlisted, private, and public. This is why it's often higher. The 3rd pic shows only your watch hours for the last 12mos. Hope this helps.
So all the live streams I’ve unlisted in the past 12 months don’t count? That’s a bit crappy because I don’t want my live streaming videos to take up my real content. Any advice on that?

Creator Studio shows public & private combined, but you need 4k *public* hours alone – excluding unlisted videos – to be eligible for review. Try switching private/unlisted videos to public, or if you've deleted videos you may be ineligible: https://yt.be/help/YPP-review
