    We’re incredibly proud of our president, Joe Cascino, for taking the fight for the universal right to vote all the way up to with and two other plaintiffs. No Texan, regardless of age, should have to choose between their health and their democracy.

    Breaking: have asked to consider their vote by mail case. They have filed asking for the stay to be lifted. If they don't lift the stay, they want the merits of the case considered, citing impact on other pending cases around the country.
