Being that my opponent is a member of the Ventura County board of supervisors, he is responsible for permitting such an announcement.
He NEEDS to be held accountable for allowing such draconian policies to even be on the table.

The frightening thing is that, the California Assembly has effectively authorized this order under AB 262 which allows the government "to take any action the local health officer deems necessary."
