So this baffling topic seems to have come up again. For the record I say gg wp after every set and I hope nobody's ever taken that as bm. I totally agree, however I've had several known players rage at me for saying it after I won, so I don't do it anymore just to avoid drama. I never perceive it as intended BM when said to me by the winner though.

Never had this happen to me so I didn't mention this at first but if someone rages at a gg they're the asshole. Don't blame you for avoiding it now but that really bothers me tbh

Why is it so hard to wait for the loser to toss out the first gg? Saying gg after 0.0001 seconds is really insensitive and and I don't receive it as good manner.

Look at any other game and you'll see it works the opposite. Not saying gg is bad, means someone is too tilted to be polite, gg is the same as shaking hands after a set. If someone doesn't want to be polite and say it back that's on them not me
