Nerf baku and genn, bring aggro back to limit the power of infinite value conditions like death knights. Remove a set from standard when you add one so the power level remains more consistent and there's no huge yearly rotation.

Additionally, don't confine themes or mechanics to a single set. When a class's set is cool but not quite there it's super disappointing to be 98% sure it'll never get any more support and the cards are basically throwaway. Treant druid, freeze shaman etc.

Goes hand in hand with the 1-in-1-out system, really. Extend the usefulness of a single set instead of having it be super limited and closed.
