4 years ago I sang at the Buckingham Palace to commemorate the torch lighting for the Gold Coast, Australia Commonwealth Games. In 2 weeks, at the next Games, I’ll be competing for Australia as a swimmer. How much can happen in 4 years?!

is the best thing to have happened for current junior swimmers by changing the narrative: you don't have to sacrifice everything as a teen, you can get back into the pool as an adult, and you can take other opportunities first.
