    No one teaches the REAL CLASSES we should take. 1) Real wealth = ownership not employment. 2) How taxes work on long term capital gains vs income. 3) Why CEO’s take salaries of $1, rest in stock options. 4) How oppty zones work etc etc etc ...

    Anyone having their kids do online courses instead of go back? Online course provider reported more than 13MM new registered users since mid-March, a 535% YOY increase. For pennies on the dollar.

    Income stacking truths 1) Real wealth isn’t made off one income stream. 2) You can & should choose yourself. Gatekeepers be damned. 2) No one has to give you permission to profit. 4) When income stacking go for high margin, low people businesses.

    You know why I sleep like a baby as a cannabis investor? The cannabis consumer does not care what is happening in the public equities markets. If equity markets crater, sales of cannabis continue. Consumers care about access, couldn't care less about earnings expectations.

    How cannabis differs from the tech boom in 1 HUGE positive way. Tech companies had to struggle to create demand for an entirely new product. We in cannabis have latent pent up demand. 50B+ US expected market to be precise. Illicit and new states onboarding = growth.
