    Salute to all the Black women who have given up perceived prestige and stability to protect their mental health. This list of women includes me who left a very cozy and lucrative job earlier this year because they weren’t finna kill me. Cheers to us.

    Therapy is beautiful! Being able to have a safe space to work through feelings unapologetically,learning to find grounding support at ur own pace,& feeling more connected to ur evolving self is precious.Also love how meditation helps rewire nervous system to be in more peace ✌🏽🕊
