    21.5 miles in 13 hours carrying ruck + sandbags, water canteens, tires, etc. Muscle cramps, aches, and blisters on top of blisters. But finished that joker! The only limits we have are the limits we impose on ourselves! '

    Yelling at pitcher to throw strikes NOT HELPING! Hovering around dugout to offer advice GO AWAY! Trying to give swing instruction during game MAKING IT WORSE! Most “helpful” advice given today makes players worse! U can’t fix everything & THEY gotta figure it out!

    Crazy! HS sports are just different in Texas.

    Katy Seven Lakes took the 6A Boys 4x100 at the UIL State Meet in TX in 39.80, with Conroe The Woodlands just behind in 39.98. Eighth place in this race was 40.94. We saw a US #1, #2, #3, t-#5, #7, t-#8, #10, and #18 in this race. Unreal.
