    especially athletes on institutionally sponsored teams (schools and colleges) I tell my guys they are COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYERS; no college, no football...every day before practice, I remind them that it’s a BIG DAY! And after practice I remind them TO GO TO COLLEGE

    Basketball is not who I am. Hockey is not who you are. Baseball is not who they are. Football is not your purpose. Soccer doesn’t define you. Rugby isn’t your all. Sports aren’t your only source of happiness. We aren’t just athletes. We have a bigger role here. Remember that.

    I can't wrap my head around it. Have recruiting sites just made guys feel like celebrities with all the articles, interviews and stars? I just don't get it. Do guys feel silly after making this great big announcement and video, then it takes them 3 years to crack the depth chart?
