I think there's a section missing from the blog post. "someone able to intercept your connection is able to see what website you're looking for and even manipulate the response to get you to communicate with a different server. This is particularly useful against evedroppers;"

@iamd3vil Using the 1.1.1.1 DNS? It seems at least as fast as my normal DNS for me. I haven't measured it yet though. -
Yeah using it. Don't see much performance gain wrt to Google's DNS but using it for DNS over HTTPS which removes most of the blocks put by my ISP.
