@CloudFlare But as @iafrikan hinted earlier. It should be a problem to do with my ISP. I don't know how to investigate this empirically.

@CloudFlare @iafrikan Cookie clutter sits in my browser. I don't mind it. I am off VPNs. Problem persistent in Chrome on Ubuntu14 & Win8.1
