@Cloudflare I keep submitting a support request, receive no response and the next day it's deleted from queue. Issue effects 5 domains now.

@nonprofit_tech We don't delete tickets. Curious if you're trying to access the requests from a different email than submitted?1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@CloudFlare I'm submitting via the website, based on client account. Request is there after submit. There at least an hour later. Then gone.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@CloudFlare The web form doesn't ask for email, I assume it uses client email we logged in under, see: https://support.cloudflare.com/requests/new2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@nonprofit_tech Correct. That's why I believe you're trying to access the ticket from something different than what is associated with2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@nonprofit_tech Only recent tickets (both responded to) were on the 26th and 29th. Were those the correct tickets?4 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@CloudFlare Dates correct. I see no responses. I go here: https://support.cloudflare.com/requests It's empty. I assume this means they're closed w/o input.3 replies 0 retweets 0 likes
@nonprofit_tech Try sending an email to help (<at>) http://cloudflare.com . Can include details from those tickets (they were responded to)
