It was a great experience to have participated in my first
#TicketJam in our London office. There is so much transfer of knowledge, understanding of customer expectations and needs that is happening there. Even simple things like: we say “dashboard”, customers “control panel”

It’s good to have engineers face the people you are closing things a WONTFIX. The ‘luxury’ of not facing customers is a negative for organisations.
