No more than is usual. There was no attack. We see big attacks all the time. Sometimes from China. We’re very good at stopping them. This was a software bug that we introduced, pure and simple. Sometimes reality is mundane.

Would you not push updates to a test production setup first, then if there are no issues go to actual production? If the test setup was the same as prod, then you should see the issue and decide not to. Unless I'm missing something here...
