The just-published consolidated version of the text agreed in the trilogues indeed sees old Article 13 become new Article 17 - but both will be cross-referenced on the voting list, saving any confusion.

Actually it’s free for any websites of public interest that could be attacked. I count this website to one of them since it may possibly be taken down by Pro Art 13 people.

I don't think that "SaveYourInternet" is somehow impacted by Art13/17, as it doesn't have any user-upload functionality. Furthermore, I don't think that the Galileo project is meant for such info-sites. IMHO the site is not target-no. 1, so the free plan might be sufficient.
