        Also great for massive sites. Nameserver rollover should be seamless too, so long as DNS entries on each are the same.

        What about RFC7858 DNS? Your 1.1.1.1 keep closing the connection seconds after last request, producing twitchy experience. HTTPS is nice, but there are still plenty of holes in the sieve of the internet...

        DoT (RFC7858) doesn't cover timeout recommendations. It's currently 2 seconds, and we'll be increasing it to 10s in the next rollout (~1w). Do you use TLS session resumption?
