This should be public knowledge, right? It is the world reserve currency as of now, and since it is the "United States" dollar, us US citizens should have access to this most basic of information as to who is running our central bank, right?

It's all on their website. https://www.federalreserve.gov/aboutthefed.htm Click a region and you can scroll through names and corporate affiliations.

I don't see where it breaks down owners and ownership, can you send me the link? I've seen that article, but it just says that the
@federalreserve is a private organization tat is 1/3 gov't appointed (although we would need to run the stats to see if this is a revolving door)1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

This one may be more clear. Each Bank is private entity so I don't think % breakdown is available. But it's more like a participation ownership. If a bank wants to do intra-bank lending, which is the essential function of the Fed, then they have to buy in.https://www.factcheck.org/2008/03/federal-reserve-bank-ownership/ …

Each branch should have a list of its owners and percentages then, right? That list should be easy to find and access since the Fed does serve the public interest. If that is the case, then it appears I am looking for 12 lists.
