Tragically male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 and men account for 75% of all suicide cases in Wales. This week is mental health awareness week and last night I raised the subject of male mental health on BBC Wales Live. Now is the time for action, not words👇

Great to hear on Wales Live, talking about mental health & more action & less talk is needed. Our young people of Powys need mental health to be treated with the same urgency as physical health - we need action & resource way before crisis point. Da iawn James

The Mental health of our a nation has to be of upmost importance now, after a harrowing year for most. Help needs to be easily accessible to all, and what help available needs to be highlighted, so this is great 👏🏻
