Someone I am friends with on Facebook went to vote for
@CllrAlanClark (Labour) and had to leave without voting even tho they registered!
Ask them to go back with the letter they can still vote even after 10 as long as they are at the polling station before 10.

Turns out they needed supporting evidence so they probably never registered properly, such a shame!
